Directions from local airports
From San Francisco Airport
Allow 60 minutes travel time. Drive south on Highway 101 (Bayshore Freeway). Take the Embarcadero Road West exit. Continue on Embarcadero Road for approximately two miles. When you cross El Camino Real, you enter the University campus; Embarcadero Road becomes Galvez Street. Continue on Galvez Street until you reach Serra Street. Make a left on Serra Street. Schwab Residential Center will be on your right.
From San Jose Airport
Allow 45 minutes travel time. Drive north on Highway 101 (Bayshore Freeway) and exit at Embarcadero Road West. Follow the directions shown above.
Parking
During weekends and weekdays after 4pm, parking is FREE on campus. Click here for a Stanford Campus map. Parking is available in and around Schwab Residential Center. Additional parking is available in the Wilbur parking lot, located on the corner of Campus Drive and Escondido Road.
